How to monitor account activity on Amazon S3

Account Activity is a monitoring mechanism provided by Amazon S3 to help you trace out the usage details and billing information. Having access to this section, you can plan upload and download as per your budget flexibility.

To get access to your Activity account, do follow the steps:

  1. Follow the page https://aws-portal.amazon.com/gp/aws/developer/account/index.html/?action=activity-summary&tag=bucket-20
  2. Find Your Account drop down towards right side of page.
  3. From the options available, select Account Activity .
  4. Following this link, you are taken to a page where you are prompted for Email id and a Password .
  5. Provide the email address that you used while signing up to Amazon S3 services.
  6. Here you are taken to a page similar to shown below.

  7. Navigate the page to find your billing cycle and other information related to account activity.
  8. You’ve done.
