Using Bucket Explorer you can now configure S3 bucket to send a notification through Simple Notiffication service when an RRS object in that bucket is lost.
To enable notification on S3 bucket we need to have topic with same region.

Follow these steps to add notifications on S3 bucket:-

Start the Bucket Explorer and connect with your Amazon S3 Account - Which is subscribed for the Simple Notification Service.

Select any S3 bucket on which you want to add notification.

Right click on selected bucket and choose Notifications >> Add Notification option.

A window will be opened for add Notification.

Select your ‘Topic’ and ‘Event’ from drop down and click on ‘Add’ button.

You will get confirmation message after notification has been added successfully.
Follow these steps to list notifications on S3 bucket:-

Select any S3 bucket on which you want to list notification.

Right click on selected bucket and choose Notifications >> List Notification option.

A panel will be opened with the details of notifications that have been set for select S3 bucket.

If no notification has been set then you will get message 'There is no any notification set for bucket'.
Follow these steps to disable notifications on S3 bucket:-

Select any S3 bucket on which you want to disable notification.

Right click on selected bucket and choose Notifications >> Disable All Notifications option.

It will ask you confirmation before disabling all notifications.

Click on 'Yes' if you want to continue and you will get confirmation message after disabling all notifications successfully.
