Is there any way to change the Storage Class for an object?

Yes, Bucket explorer allows you to change the Storage Class by updating the MetaData of that object. When you set the value of “Use Reduced Redundancy Storage “ checkbox while updating metadata of an object, then the Storage Class will be changed to REDUCED_REDUNDANCY. The default value of Storage Class is STANDARD. Click here
