Bucket Explorer is only one product which is providing this feature to download big file in multipart. Bucket Explorer providing multipart operation for upload as well as download.
As part size is set for upload, similarly same value is used for multipart download operation. Set the part size as you want and start operation of download. if file size greater then part size then download will start in multipart.
