How can I update user metadata and after updating is that metadata information accessible by anyone or only by the owner of the object?

You are provided four options to update user metadata or custom headers in Bucket Explorer.
  • Right click option "Update Metadata" on selected S3 file.
  • Right click option "Properties” - > “Update Metadata" on selected S3 file.
  • On object tool bar, click “Properties” icon -> “Update Metadata”.
  • Right click option "Upload with custom header" on selected local file(s) panel.
Click here for updating user metadata or custom headers.
After updating user metadata, anyone who can retrieve the object can also retrieve the metadata for that object.
