If Versioning is enabled on bucket then, Bucket Explorer will not store any version of object in System Bucket , then Amazon automatically handle versioning. But if you have not enabled versioning then System Bucket of your bucket domain will store version of overwritten data in Version folder & trashed data in Trash folder.
