I have lost my token/ password where from I can find it again?

This faq is applicable to an older version of Bucket Explorer Team Edition. If you are using Bucket Explorer version Team Edition 2.0, this is not valid anymore. Please click here to see " I have forgot my password how to get back it again? ".
 
If you loose your token / password or you believe that you have shared it with someone else and he/she has changed the password, then there is no way to get back the old token-password details but you should contact your team admin to re-certify your account. He/she will provide you with the new token and password by re-certifying the process and you will get certification details on your email account. Using the new details of certification key, token and password, you can login back to Bucket Explorer Team Edition.
