offtopic: changing owner name

This question doesn't have anything to do with BE (other than BE brought it to my attention.) Anyway when I looked at the properties of a bucket the owner name is some old email address that I must have had when setting up some amazon account years ago. I was just wondering how to change the owner name. I couldn't figure it out over at amazon. (Saw where I can change my profile but it doesn't show an entry for owner name.) thx.
