improved progress indicator and queue for upload & downl

Quite a few users have asked for improved progress indicator and queue feature for uploads and downloads. We agree that we need to improve the progress indicators and also add the queue feature for uploads and downlods, but it is not scheduled for next 2 months. We can add it in December / Q1, 2008.
