Uploading largish files

Postby wakewatcher on Tue Nov 06, 2007 5:53 pm

I've had problems uploading individual files around 16M in size. It gets nearly done then starts over again. I don't know if it was just chance but when I put a small file behind it (selecting multiple files)it finally uploaded then uploaded the small file.

1. Was this file changed after the upload process started?
or
2. Were you on a wireless connection?

These are the only two instances, so far, which we know when we may try to upload a file again. If none of these was the case, i.e. the file was not in use and the network connection was good, then can you send us the log file? You can click on Support menu on top right and then you will see a link to upload the files.

Thanks
Saurabh

There is logs folder in the same path where Bucket Explorer is installed (extracted).

I sent you the three log files. The offending file is:
http://2007ehsfootball-cascade-oak-harb ... 33-Defense 8th drive.flv and if 15.77M in size. I didn't see it mentioned in any of the logs.
